Hey Dale! The thread you're looking for is: Caique Weight BHCs can range anywhere from 145-170 grams. Joule weighs in at the lower end of the spectrum and Zetta is my chunky monkey who has been weighing in the last couple weeks at 160 grams. In my experience, weight seems to top out around the one year mark. I would think Tiki is still going to bulk out a little bit yet.
Cyreen- How heavy are your birds? I thought there was a thread on here somewhere about the various owners and how "fat" the little monkeys were. Tiki is gaining weight steady, and i think hes probably ok up to that 170-180 range. (hes 150 now). What age can i consider him "full grown?" Thanks in advance!
So glad they're enjoying their ladder :) Our boys are having fun with theirs too - busy beaks = happy beaks! CBT stuff is STILL unpacked (we only got the truck on Saturday)...so much to do before I want to reopen the store on Saturday! Rest of house comes before CBT though...otherwise I'll never have the time to do it :D Loving the city living so far though!
