Dear Emily,
Why are all your moderators women? It just occurred to me that you don't have any male moderators. I think that in order to maintain a healthy balance of moderation you need to have male moderators as well as female. I applaude you for the job you have done thus far with this wonderful site and I offer you my services to use at your disgression. I would be thrilled to be your first male moderator or I could even hold a position that would put me in charge of the moderators. Let me know if you think you could use any of my services as I would be overly happy to give.

As far as being a mod, that is totally up to emily. I don't have a problem with it. I have always heard that you should keep your friends close and your enemies even closer. This way I would be able to keep an eye on you. I have the perfect solution to all of this Emily. I say we let him come aboard but he has to go by a few simple rules.
1. He has to bring his cage with him. (so he can be put in it when he acts up)
2. His job title will be "mods pet boy"
3. We shall call him "precious"
4. He has to let Meg take him out for a walk a couple of times a day
Sounds simple enough to me. What do you gals think?
